Family Law and Divorce
We represent all parties who find themselves involved in the Divorce and Family Law areas, including the filing of a Petition for Dissolution, Motions to Modify prior Decrees of Dissolution, paternity actions, child support modifications, Temporary Restraining Orders, and cases involving Child Support Enforcement as well as the Department of Family Services. Our philosophy in family law is to aggressively represent our client’s best interest, while maintaining the ability for opposing parties to function positively as family members long after the litigation is finalized.
