Daniel W. Follett

aniel W. Follett has been a practicing attorney in the Mid-Missouri area since his graduation from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1995. While in law school he served as a member of the Law Review. After graduation, he was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Mary Rhodes Russell of the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District Thereafter, he spent five years with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office ultimately serving as the Unit Leader for the Labor Division in Jefferson City. After serving for a year as General Counsel for the Missouri Department of Public Safety, he became an associate at the Jefferson City firm of Hendren and Andrae and later joined Mr. Van Camp at Van Camp Law Firm. Mr. Follett devotes most of his practice to the area of workers’ compensation defense. He has appeared in nearly every workers’ compensation venue throughout the state and handles all areas of workers’ compensation including appellate work. He is a member of the Missouri Bar and Cole County Bar Association.
