ouglas L. Van Camp was a member of the firm of Hendren and Andrae which was established in 1946 by original partners John Hendren and Henry Andrae, for 25 years before starting his own firm.  His office is in Jefferson City, the capital of Missouri located geographically in the center of the state, which affords him the ability to attend workers compensation dockets throughout the state, although the majority of their dockets are in central, southern and northern Missouri.  He routinely attend workers’ compensation dockets in Bloomfield, Boonville, Branson, Brookfield, Camdenton, Cape Girardeau, Caruthersville, Chillicothe, Clinton, Columbia, Farmington, Fredericktown, Hannibal, Ironton, Jefferson City, Joplin, Kirksville, Lebanon, Linneus, Macon, Marshall, Mexico, Moberly, Neosho, Nevada, New Madrid, Poplar Bluff, Rolla, Ste. Genevieve, Sedalia, Sikeston, Springfield, Trenton, Union, Warrenton and West Plains.  He also covers dockets in Kansas City and St. Louis but less frequently than in the mid-Missouri area.

    Douglas L. Van Camp has been an attorney for over 22 years, and has approximately 70-80% of his practice devoted to handling workers’ compensation and personal injury matters, the balance of his practice is in the area of divorce and family law.  He has extensive trial experience in the workers’ compensation arena involving not only routine hearings to determine the nature and extent of permanent partial disability, or permanent total disability, but has also been involved in what he believes to be the most extensive hearing in the State of Missouri, one which resulted in a favorable award for his employer client (Light v. J. C. Industries).  He also has extensive litigation experience in the civil trial court system throughout the mid-Missouri area.  He also has argued numerous cases before the state’s Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and appellate courts.
